Be yourself. Be open. Be wiling to face some tough questions. That is more than enough.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful conversation, a space to be listened to without being judged. It happens within a relationship between a coach and their client, with both parties working to explore an area, or working toward an outcome for the client. The aim may be anything from a specific and tangible goal, to exploring why the client experiences the world as they do. It can be a very transformational experience. Coaching is a journey.
How do you coach?
Coaching must be personal to be effective. I believe we first need to check if we are a good match for each other during a 30 minute FREE session over Skype. If we find that we are, it’s the time to decide what program of coaching you want to commit to. Then there is going to be you, me and the powerful conversation. You are the expert in your own life, but I will be happy to help you find your potential and help you live the life you always wanted.
Do you have a coach yourself?
Yes, I do have a coach. I believe coaching is a life changing experience, it would be pity not to use it for myself.
Why do you think you are a good coach?
Because I believe in you and your potential to live a great life and coaching is a perfect tool to achieve this. I am sure that you are able to shift from being a victim in a certain situation to being the successful hero of your own story. I am a certified Transformational Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching (ICF accredited) and have over 10 years of experience as a manager, coach and mentor.
